




Dynamic and Operational. job\_description Carry out traffic guidance and parking space monitoring services to ensure smooth operational activities, organization, and supervision of vehicles parked at the Sanctuary. Responsibilities Daily direct traffic flow at the booth entrance, access areas, and parking spot allocation using gestures and a whistle, preventing congestion on the highway and surrounding areas while maintaining organization and vehicle distribution within the Sanctuary; Channel traffic flow and isolate areas daily using barriers, cones, and zebra tapes, ensuring orderly vehicle organization and distribution; Patrol the parking area on a motorcycle, communicating with the team regarding space allocation and monitoring parked vehicles to prevent incidents; Conduct audits of parked vehicles by approaching users and checking parking tickets, ensuring compliance and providing oversight of cashiers' work; Provide wheelchairs to pilgrims by completing a control spreadsheet, guaranteeing return of the borrowed equipment at the end of their visit; Fill out reports for vehicles entering with pre-existing damage, avoiding unjustified incident claims; Count available parking spots during high-demand days; Provide user assistance when requested, offering general information and contacting the Operational Control Center or supervisors for support services such as tire changes, battery charging, locksmith, security, medical clinic, military police, and others; Use radio transmitters (HT) to communicate with other team members or the Control Center; Collect parking tickets during high-demand days at exit operations, recording them in the automation system; benefits Medical Plan; Dental Plan; Life Insurance; Gympass; Apoio Pass; Food Allowance; On-site Restaurant; Day Off.
