Prepares dough, performs fermentation, shaping, baking, and finishing of products, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Manages raw material inventory, operates equipment correctly, and assists in organizing and cleaning the bakery area. Inspects raw materials before production begins, paying attention to quality, quantity, and expiration dates. Prepares recipes according to each manual. Ensures proper storage of products, including labeling with expiration dates. Controls portion weights. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
