Job Summary: The Premix Operator is responsible for implementing and complying with internal rules, safety, quality, and environmental management requirements, contributing to continuous improvement. Position: Premix Operator – Brotas/SP Location: Brotas, São Paulo – Brazil As a Premix Operator, you will be responsible for implementing and complying with all internal rules, including Life-Saving Rules, SHE requirements, 5S, and departmental procedures guided by Quality Assurance. You will also be responsible for fulfilling requirements related to quality and environmental management, such as site continuous improvement aspects, ensuring compliance with existing company standards and corporate policies—including those applicable to the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System—as well as Kosher and Halal systems. Equal access to opportunities is a given; belonging is a shared feeling; authenticity is celebrated. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Collecting samples for process monitoring. * Ensuring cleanliness and organization in production areas. * Complying with and ensuring adherence to existing company standards and corporate policies—including those applicable to the Quality Management System and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Ensuring daily invoicing and product dispatch. * Supporting other departments (Maintenance / Quality / Warehouse) during special situations such as scheduled shutdowns and others. Also supporting the maintenance team in field mechanical interventions when required. * Caring for the environment, equipment under your responsibility, and coworkers. When in doubt, always consult your immediate supervisor before initiating any activity. **What You Bring:** * Required: Completed high school education. * Preferred: Completed or ongoing technical course, with possibility of CRQ registration. * Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices, production processes, and safety standards.
