The Operator III is responsible for operating machinery, performing preventive maintenance, and resolving basic issues to achieve production and quality targets.

**Purpose and Impact of the Role:**

The Operator III will perform a variety of responsibilities within the assigned area of the production facility, including operating machinery and mechanical equipment, conducting preventive maintenance, and resolving basic issues following established policies, procedures, and frequent guidance. In this role, you will be assigned to different work areas as needed to ensure production targets are met, support high-quality product output, and maximize efficiency—while adhering to all safety policies and regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**

* Operate equipment and technological tools in the assigned area of the production facility, learning and applying basic understanding of policies and procedures to execute fundamental and clearly defined processes.
* Perform various responsibilities in the identified area, which may include bulk material loading/unloading, packaging, terminal operations, mixing, monitoring computerized control systems, and infrequent basic machine adjustments.
* Learn operational procedures, receive information from colleagues, and provide feedback on the clarity and effectiveness of instructions—including procedure documentation.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot assigned equipment and process issues, collaborating with the team to resolve them.
* Record production and inventory activities in computerized systems.
* Operate mobile equipment (e.g., front-end loader, tractor, Bobcat).
* Understand and comply with all safety policies and procedures, maintain a safe and clean workplace, and manage the pace and progress of work on assigned equipment or processes—requiring awareness of interdependencies with other process areas.
* Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Prior experience in this role.
