Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and duties** * Ensures employee safety by guaranteeing everyone follows procedures and properly uses PPE. * Maintains organization of work fronts, keeping the workplace clean, safe, and productive. * Ensures proper signage of work fronts (berms, markers, and signs), enhancing operational safety. * Guarantees that all team members have up-to-date training and certifications. * Conducts periodic inspections to verify that the team is correctly completing the APR (Preliminary Risk Analysis). * Conducts periodic inspections to ensure correct completion of work front checklists. * Communicates clear information and instructions regarding the topic of the day and tasks to be performed. * Ensures proper waste disposal, preventing garbage accumulation during the shift. * Keeps the reservoir full at the end of each shift, ensuring continuity of operations. * Demonstrates initiative and good practices, sharing ideas and improvements with the team. * Leaves the work front organized and properly signaled for night operations (such as using lighting towers and adequate signage). * Communicates transparently and clearly, maintaining alignment between shifts and teams. * Monitors team well-being, observing signs of fatigue and ensuring attention during task execution. * Ensures operational safety by conducting and supervising equipment testing before operations begin. * Ensures assets are always in good condition, promoting responsible use and reporting any irregularities. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma; * Office Suite * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; * Knowledge of heavy yellow-line equipment; * Team management experience; * Valid Class B driver's license; * Knowledge of yellow-line and white-line machinery; * Experience with internal audits; * Experience in large-scale construction projects; * Ability to analyze activities and processes; * Knowledge of continuous improvement processes. **Additional information** * Hapvida Health Plan (no monthly cost on payroll for the holder) * Bradesco Dental Plan: (with payroll deduction); * Prudential Life Insurance; * Meal Allowance R$ 635.00 \+ 211.20 Breakfast; * Transportation provided by the company.
