If this resonates with you and you’re interested in joining our team, this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently carry out route planning and cargo scheduling, accelerating the invoice dispatch and vehicle loading processes. Also provides support in document filing, courier packages, ORs (Order Receipts), delivery receipts, and inputting temperature, density, and billing-related data. Handles communications with the commercial department and freight carriers, as well as resolving low-complexity issues using logical reasoning and decision-making tools to execute basic administrative control tasks within the department’s routine operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education or currently enrolled in or having completed higher education; * Experience in Operations or Logistics; * Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Word, and the Internet.
