In this role, you will play a pivotal part in planning, implementing, and optimizing user engagement strategies while monitoring the performance and efficiency of these initiatives. Role Responsibilities: * Define and execute operational strategies, focusing on financial efficiency and sustainable growth. * Operationalize operations campaigns within our systems to achieve monthly targets. * Monitor campaign performance and report key results to the team clearly and objectively. * Build data analyses to understand user quality and generate insights about their profiles. * Propose, structure, and conduct tests and experiments aimed at optimizing costs and increasing user retention, promoting continuous improvement of strategy. Role Qualifications: * Hands-on profile, willing to directly engage in executing strategies and campaigns. * Data orientation and critical thinking to transform insights into concrete actions that drive growth. * Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets. * Willingness to learn and deepen knowledge of new tools and strategies. * Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Intermediate or advanced English. * Advanced English for communication with teams in China.
