




Job Summary: Supervise facility cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance; manage teams and materials; and ensure proper infrastructure operation. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the employee selection process and staff development Supervise cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of furniture, utensils, equipment, and facilities; requisition and distribute necessary materials to carry out activities; control product inventory; plan and monitor routine infrastructure conservation tasks—including cleaning and gardening—to ensure proper infrastructure operation and provide data for administrative closing. 1\. Ensure employees’ personal appearance and hygiene; 2\. Verify team members’ attendance and, if necessary, redistribute tasks; 3\. Provide technical and behavioral training to employees for task execution; 4\. Ensure environmental, equipment, and utensil hygiene; 5\. Integrated service management—including cleaning, gardening, security, logistics, and operational support (or portions thereof); 6\. Develop and inspect adherence to activity schedules, conducting and/or reinforcing the Daily Safety Talk (DDS) with the team; 7\. Ensure environmental, equipment, and utensil hygiene; requisition and distribute necessary materials and equipment for task execution; and closely supervise the direct team. 8\. Participate in the employee selection process; 9\. Seek contract improvements; 10\. Supervise the management team (Foremen and Team Leaders); 11\. Maintain client relationships when addressing requests, striving to be as accurate as possible within established standards. Requirements: Academic Qualification: Completed High School; Desired Experience: Experience in FM soft services.
