Report preparation and training Responsibilities and Duties: * Lead, plan, and supervise the daily activities of the battery room team; * Apply team development tools (Oriented Feedback, Competency Assessment) jointly with the Supervisor; * Monitor employee attendance and provide timecard justifications for possible GPM follow-up; * Promote corporate initiatives through cascade communication jointly with the Supervisor (announcements, events); * Monitor requests for PPE orders; * Ensure the battery room team properly uses PPE; * Conduct Weekly Safety Dialogue \- WSD with the battery room team; * Prepare and train on SOPs and validate them with Supervisors; * Prepare operational performance indicator reports. Requirements and Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management; * Experience in people management; * Experience in maintenance area is a plus for this process; * Driver's License Category B; * Familiarity with administrative routines (timekeeping, feedback, etc.). * Commitment; * Effective communication; * Resilience; * Responsibility.
