We seek a professional with proven experience in professional cleaning and leadership capabilities, who can combine technical expertise and management to ensure service quality and efficiency. Responsibilities: * Supervise and direct the cleaning team, ensuring compliance with quality standards. * Prepare work schedules and record attendance. * Request and manage cleaning products, materials, and equipment. * Monitor employee performance, providing guidance and training when necessary. * Perform and supervise floor treatments, operate automatic washers, floor buffers, and other professional equipment. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational best practices. * Support operations directly whenever required, setting an example in conduct and productivity. Requirements: * Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Team Leader, or Cleaning Supervisor. * Technical knowledge of hospital, corporate, or industrial cleaning. * Proficiency in floor treatment, automatic washers, and floor buffers. * Strong communication, organizational, and people management skills. * Proactive, responsible profile committed to results.
