Customer service for clarification of inquiries **Company:** Belli Contabilidade **Position:** Operational Accounting Supervisor **Requirements:** \- Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; \- Prior experience in accounting and tax routines; \- Experience in team leadership or supervision; \- Profile: Solution-oriented, organized, and communicative. **Salary:** Salary Expectation **Benefits:** Meal allowance (R$ 24.15/day) \+ Transportation allowance (R$ 10.80/day) \+ Birthday DayOff \+ Gympass \+ Support for courses and training \+ 50% Hapvida Health Plan. **Work Address:** Rua Virgílio Paes, 2669 \- Cidade dos Funcionários **Work Schedule:** 4x3 shift rotation \- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (one weekly day off). **Main Responsibilities:** \- Lead operational teams, providing technical support to ensure delivery quality; \- Monitor deadlines for ancillary obligations (PIS, COFINS, ICMS, among others); \- Suggest and implement improvements to optimize execution time; \- Assist customers with technical and operational inquiries; \- Supervise preparation of balance sheets, trial balances, and management reports; \- Ensure compliance with tax and labor legislation; \- Perform other duties related to the position.
