Job Summary: This Feed-in Shearing Operator will be responsible for preparing, operating, and monitoring shearing machines in the textile sector, ensuring product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Operating shearing machines for textile finishing 2. Monitoring and controlling textile product quality 3. Performing basic equipment maintenance Feed-in Shearing Operator in the textile sector Morning shift: 05:20 to 13:40 Afternoon shift: 13:40 to 22:00 Night shift: 22:00 to 05:20, salary \+ 25% night shift allowance All shifts follow a 6x1 schedule from Monday to Saturday Key Responsibilities * **Machine preparation:** Verify the finishing order and prepare, adjust, and load the shearing machine. * **Machine feeding:** Introduce knitted fabric or woven fabric into the shearing machine. * **Operation and monitoring:** Activate machine control devices and observe operation to ensure finishing quality. * **Quality control:** Inspect intermediate and final products to ensure compliance with thermofixation and dimensional stability standards. * **Basic maintenance:** Keep the machine clean and perform fabric splicing when necessary.
