Job Summary: The Equipment Operator will perform maintenance and urbanization tasks, operate equipment, support landscaping and gardening activities, and carry out general services. Support in landscaping and gardening activities Fazenda da Grama Condominium is seeking an **Equipment Operator** to work in maintenance and urbanization. The professional will be responsible for operating equipment and performing field operational activities, contributing to the conservation, improvement, and organization of the condominium’s areas. **Responsibilities:** Operate maintenance equipment such as brush cutters and leaf blowers Support landscaping and green area conservation activities Plant grass, seedlings, and perform other gardening tasks Excavate trenches, install fencing, and perform minor repairs Load and unload materials and supplies Provide support for general operational services as required Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment **Requirements:** Incomplete elementary education Experience with brush cutters and leaf blowers is a plus Willingness to perform operational field activities Commitment and responsibility **Desired Competencies:** Proactivity Teamwork Organization Attention to safety regulations Good physical stamina for operational tasks Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
