Job Summary: Forklift Operator responsible for moving and organizing materials, ensuring logistical safety and efficiency, conducting daily equipment inspections, and maintaining effective communication. Participating in training sessions and completing reports **Responsibilities:** Operate forklifts to move, stack, load, and unload materials in warehouses, yards, distribution centers, and other locations. Inspect forklift conditions daily, checking items such as oil level, fuel, coolant, tires, and hydraulic systems to ensure equipment safety and proper operation. Organize and store materials appropriately, adhering to safety regulations and company guidelines. Move materials according to work orders, ensuring product integrity and logistical process efficiency. Assist in inventory counting, providing accurate information regarding the location and quantity of stored materials. Follow workplace safety regulations, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and complying with company-established procedures. Communicate effectively with the work team, reporting any issues or irregularities identified during forklift operations. Participate in periodic training sessions and meetings to stay updated on best practices and safety procedures for forklift operation. Complete daily activity reports, documenting performed operations, any issues encountered, and actions taken to resolve them. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Forklift Operator training course * Valid and up-to-date forklift operator certification * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations * Ability to operate both electric and internal combustion forklifts * Availability to work rotating shifts **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in warehouses or distribution centers * Basic forklift maintenance knowledge * NR-11 training (Transportation, Handling, Storage, and Movement of Materials) * Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation * Proactivity and accountability Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2.185,72 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
