JOB OPENING: Experienced Oil Changer Forte do Óleo is hiring an experienced Oil Changer to work at a specialized shop focused on oil changes, filter replacements, and automotive preventive maintenance. We seek a responsible, agile, organized, and quality-oriented professional who possesses practical vehicle servicing knowledge and strictly adheres to the company's technical standards. Key Responsibilities: - Perform engine oil changes; - Replace oil, air, fuel, and cabin filters; - Verify correct oil specifications for each vehicle; - Check oil and fluid levels; - Conduct basic vehicle checklists; - Identify leaks, irregularities, or preventive maintenance needs; - Maintain a clean and organized workspace; - Handle tools and equipment with care; - Follow shop technical procedures and standards; - Support customer service as needed. Required Qualifications: - Prior experience as an oil changer; - Basic knowledge of domestic and imported vehicles; - Understanding of oil types, filters, and applications; - Attention to detail; - Responsibility and punctuality; - Efficiency without compromising quality; - Workplace organization and cleanliness; - Good communication skills; - Ability to work effectively in a team; - Commitment to regulations and procedures; - Careful handling of customers' vehicles. Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory): - Experience with automatic transmission oil changes; - Knowledge of automotive diagnostic scanners; - Customer service experience; - Familiarity with filters, wiper blades, and preventive maintenance.
