




Job Summary: Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation, plate assembly, kitchen cleaning and organization, under supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on health and safety in the workplace Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the guidance of the immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill one stage of the production process; assist in plating, clean and prepare leafy greens, collect and identify food samples, and receive meal vouchers. 1\. Pre\-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2\. Pre\-prepare salads. 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. 4\. Assist in food assembly and restocking. 5\. Clean and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Clean utensils, equipment, and areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Receive meal vouchers (when scheduled for this activity and under the guidance of the immediate supervisor). 10\. Perform related tasks. 11\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, as well as apply the standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. **Requirements:** Experience in the role.
