Perform civil maintenance services, including painting, masonry, tile installation, plaster repairs, minor carpentry work, and structural adjustments; Carry out hydraulic and hydrosanitary maintenance, such as repairs to pipes, valves, faucets, traps, sanitary fixtures, and related components; Repair floors (including slab leveling), walls, roofs, foundations, and other building structures; Identify repair needs and propose appropriate solutions to preserve facilities; Support preventive maintenance by conducting periodic inspections to prevent failures and wear; Ensure workplace, tool, and material organization; Properly use and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), complying with occupational safety regulations; Perform other duties related to the role, as required by the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary education. Proven prior experience in building and civil maintenance; Experience in preventive and corrective structural maintenance activities.
