Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies. Promote training, campaigns, and awareness initiatives on safety. Monitor and analyze strategic indicators such as incident rate and accident-related absenteeism. Utilize tools like Excel and Power BI to support decision-making and action plans. Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure legal compliance. Develop internal communication initiatives focused on safety. Strengthen collective responsibility and employee engagement.
