Our mission is to transform trust into energy through equipment rental and integrated solutions, guided by ethics as our compass and empowering our employees to deliver increasingly greater results. **\#ProudToBeAGeradora** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Mobilize employees at client units; * Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and correct potential occupational safety hazards; * Implement occupational health and safety campaigns/training; * Conduct emergency drills; * Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, analyze root causes, and propose preventive measures to avoid recurrence; * Promote a safety culture by encouraging active employee participation in risk identification and mitigation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical course in Occupational Safety; * Prior experience in this role; * Experience with occupational safety programs and reports (PGR, PCMSO, PPR, PCA); * Knowledge of legal requirements and Regulatory Standards; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / ISO 9001 audits\. **Additional Information** **WHAT WE OFFER** * Profit-sharing program; * Medical and dental assistance; * Meal/voucher allowance; * Life insurance; * TotalPass; * Birthday day off.
