Accelerate your career with us! **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Active professional registration; * Prior experience in this position; * Experience in similar segments is a plus; * eSocial SST knowledge is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Willingness to travel. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Conduct safety inspections; * Identify risks related to employees' workplaces; * Guide and supervise proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE) by employees; * Deliver onboarding training, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), and operational safety guidance; * Ensure compliance with applicable Regulatory Standards governing company activities; * Monitor high-risk activities including electrical work, working at heights, material handling, and tool usage; * Manage validity, distribution, and replacement of PPE; * Support CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) organization and prevention campaigns; * Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, proposing corrective actions; * Prepare technical reports, safety indicators, and records; * Supervise ergonomic conditions in administrative and operational activities; * Monitor warehouse and storeroom safety; * Oversee proper disposal of potentially hazardous waste such as lubricating oil, chemical containers, batteries, and filters; * Ensure appropriate signage for operational areas and emergency exit routes; * Support internal audits and labor inspections; * Supervise third-party service providers; * Engage in fire prevention and initial firefighting. * Adhere to workplace safety recommendations, using PPE whenever required; * Safeguard company assets—including fixed and movable property—and maintain a clean, organized work environment; * Attend performance review meetings and prepare reports as needed; * Perform other duties inherent to this position.
