Location: Cambé/PR Working Hours: Monday to Friday, business hours Salary: R$ 3\.500,00 Benefits: Transportation Allowance, On-site Meal, Food Allowance of R$ 400.00, and Pharmacy Benefit Plan RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, implement, and monitor occupational health and safety policies; conduct workplace condition analysis; monitor programs such as PCMSO, PPRA, and PPP; control and distribute PPEs; issue technical reports and opinions; investigate accidents and issue CAT (Work Accident Communication); conduct training and educational activities; monitor indicators and continuous improvements; collaborate with company departments to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. REQUIREMENTS: Technical qualification in Occupational Safety; active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); minimum 6 months of experience in the field, preferably in metallurgical industries; knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs); experience delivering NR-related training and courses; proficiency in safety management tools and technical report writing. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills, analytical ability, teamwork aptitude, problem-solving capability, and adaptability to area-specific demands.
