We value our employees' professional development, encouraging continuous learning and innovation. **Responsibilities:** * Employee support * Onboarding for new employees * Management of the Risk Assessment Program (PGR) and the Occupational Health Program (PCMSO) * Management of medical examinations and expiration tracking * Management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Procurement and distribution of PPE usage records * Inspections * Mobilization management * Management of legal documentation * Risk mapping * Implementation of the CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) representative * Development of the Occupational Safety Plan (PRO) * Development of the Accident Prevention Plan **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in occupational safety * Relevant work experience * Practical experience with the Microsoft Office suite * Driver's license category B **All our positions are open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.**
