Occupational Safety Technician

Description

We are looking for a professional who is autonomous, has an owner's mindset, and is capable of building the Occupational Safety area together with the company, acting both strategically and operationally in day-to-day operations. We seek someone with experience in implementing processes, developing routines, and providing generalist support within the SESMT (Specialized Services in Engineering Safety and Occupational Medicine). **Key Responsibilities** * Structure and implement Occupational Health and Safety processes across the company's units; * Develop, review, and monitor procedures, standards, and controls for the area; * Act to prevent accidents and promote a safety culture; * Conduct inspections, audits, and monitoring of working conditions; * Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulatory standards; * Monitor legal documentation, programs, and reports related to SESMT; * Conduct training sessions, onboarding, and awareness campaigns; * Investigate accidents and deviations and propose action plans; * Collaborate with operational leaders and HR; * Supervise third parties, suppliers, and service providers related to the area; * Monitor the use and control of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment); * Support occupational medicine-related requests and interface with clinics/partners. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Education in Occupational Safety; * Active registration; * Solid experience across all SESMT routine activities; * Experience in implementing and structuring area-specific processes; * Experience in operational environments with high activity levels; * Up-to-date knowledge of Regulatory Standards; * Hands-on, organized, proactive profile with strong influencing ability; * Must reside in Americana, Santa Bárbara d'Oeste, Nova Odessa, or neighboring cities. **Advantages:** * Experience in retail, logistics, or operations with high foot traffic; * Experience with indicators, audits, and prevention programs; * Knowledge of eSocial SESMT. **Compensation and Benefits** * We are discussing salary expectations; * The company offers a comprehensive benefits package.
