Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational safety standards and legislation, promoting accident prevention, and raising employee awareness. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure mandatory safety training and legal compliance 2. Promote accident prevention and employee awareness 3. Manage CIPA, Fire Brigade, and inspect safety equipment * Ensure mandatory training related to employees' job activities, such as Forklift Operator, NRs, NR 10, NR 11, NR 12, NR 6, NR 35, NR 33, work at heights, and confined space, to ensure compliance with standards and legislation; * Promote the AVCB project through on-site monitoring to ensure compliance with standards and legislation; * Organize the Internal Week for Accident Prevention (SIPAT) through lectures to raise employee awareness; * Implement Task Safety Analysis (AST) through scheduling and reporting to raise employee awareness; * Launch safety campaigns through scheduling and reporting to protect and raise employee awareness; * Manage CIPA and Fire Brigade through on-site monitoring to ensure compliance with standards and legislation; monitor and advise the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) from its formation through meetings and SIPAT execution. * Inspect safety equipment such as fire extinguishers and hydrants through on-site inspections to ensure compliance with standards and legislation; * Participate in onboarding of new employees to communicate company safety regulations; * Ensure availability and distribution of PPE, uniforms, lockers, and first-aid supplies through procurement, updating PPE records, and controlling CA certificates, to ensure compliance with standards and legislation; * Prepare non-conformance and inspection reports and checklists to ensure compliance with standards and legislation.
