S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking new talents to work as an Occupational Safety Technician. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop standards in accordance with regulations and procedures; * Prepare the occupational safety training program, including awareness and dissemination of safety standards; * Inspect and evaluate working conditions and risk areas; * Determine the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) based on technical studies; analyze statistical reports on accidents and inspections to implement corrective actions; * Promote CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) elections and monitor measures proposed by CIPA; * Implement best practices in occupational safety and environmental protection; * Conduct educational activities in occupational health and safety; * Investigate and analyze accidents; * Recommend prevention and control measures; develop and guide occupational safety activities and physical protection of employees in companies; * Inspect equipment and working conditions, investigate and analyze accident causes to eliminate risks. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Technical or Higher Education in Occupational Safety; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the role, preferably in the healthcare sector. **Additional information** * Salary: R$2\.388,53 \+ 324,20 (Hazard Pay) * Workload: 220 hours per month S3 Gestão em Saúde is a private, non-profit institution with social and inclusive characteristics, recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility, qualified as a Social Organization in various states and municipalities across the federation, providing services in both public and private sectors, with a mission to serve society humanely in health, education, and social assistance. **Mission:** Serve society humanely in health, education, and social assistance. **Purpose:** Build, develop, and care with humanity. **Vision:** Be a benchmark institution delivering humane services in health, education, and social assistance nationwide.
