**Everything about the role:**

It is our occupational health and safety teams that enable this work to happen as safely and sustainably as possible, ensuring compliance with internal and external health and safety regulations and proactively establishing a risk-free workplace.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting occupational health programs and occupational medical examinations;
* Monitoring performance indicators and proposing continuous improvement actions;
* Developing various reports (epidemiological, statistical, etc.) to support managerial decision-making on medical matters;
* Reviewing reports, medical records, and presentations requested from the department;
* Ensuring standardization and regulation of occupational health practices across all businesses linked to the Curitiba plant;
* Supervising compliance with NR-7 (Brazilian Occupational Safety Regulation) issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE), and overseeing implementation of the PCMSO (Occupational Health Program) across all businesses linked to the Curitiba plants;
* Ensuring correct completion, control, and archiving of Occupational Health Records and Occupational Health Certificates;
* Advising on preparation of the PCMSO and other relevant occupational health documents;
* Advising company leadership, managers, supervisors, immediate team leads, and the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) on worker health prevention and maintenance measures;
* Identifying occupational hazards within the company and proposing and implementing solutions;
* Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information used by the department;
* Participating in strategic group meetings and periodic visits to production areas, warehouses, and offices;
* Approving the use of chemicals employed in the production process.
As part of our continuous improvement culture, you will participate in Lean Thinking (EMS / EAI) projects and activities.
**Who you are:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Medicine;
* Specialization in Occupational Medicine;
* Active professional council registration and Specialist Qualification Registration (RQE);
* Experience in corporate or industrial environments;
* Technical knowledge of PCMSO and ASO (Occupational Health Certificate);
* Experience providing outpatient medical services for admission, periodic, job-change, and termination examinations;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint;
* Intermediate English proficiency preferred;
* Availability to work 20 hours per week.
