Responsible for ensuring security and order by controlling the entry of people and vehicles in the condominium, receiving correspondence, and operating monitoring systems. The ideal candidate should demonstrate attentiveness, good communication skills, punctuality, and proactivity, with cordiality being essential in all interactions. Responsibilities: \- Identify, register, and authorize the entry of visitors, service providers, and residents. \- Answer intercoms and telephones, and receive visitors cordially. \- Receive, organize, and distribute packages and letters. \- Maintain cleanliness at the reception area, operate automatic gates, and supervise common areas. **Common Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in this role or in access control. * Basic computer knowledge (security desk systems). * Availability for shift work (12x36 schedule\).
