The Monitoring Operator will be responsible for overseeing electronic security systems, monitoring camera images, alarms, and other devices, ensuring the safety of people, assets, and information. The role will be preventive in nature, identifying and reporting risk situations according to established procedures. **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor security cameras, alarms, and electronic systems in real time; * Identify suspicious incidents or risk situations; * Record events and incidents in the internal system; * Activate support teams, security personnel, or authorities when necessary; * Follow operational protocols and procedures; * Maintain confidentiality and secrecy of information. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Attention, concentration, and sense of responsibility; * Good verbal and written communication skills; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience in monitoring or electronic security; * Knowledge of CCTV and alarm systems. **Work schedule:** * 12x36 **Benefits:** (Adjust according to company) Job type: Permanent CLT Salary: starting at R$2.020,00 per month
