Job Summary: Monitor real-time vehicle alerts, identify risks, contact customers, activate support, and record actions, ensuring safety and adherence to response timeframes. Key Highlights: 1. Event tracking until resolution Monitor real-time vehicle alerts (ignition, movement, intrusion, panic, immobilization, etc.) Identify risky or abnormal situations Immediately contact the customer to confirm the event Activate support (tracking, towing, technical assistance, or authorities, as needed) Record all actions clearly and in detail in the system Track the event until its resolution Follow security procedures and scripts Ensure response timeframes are met Compensation: R$1\.677,12 \- R$1\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
