Job Summary: Professional responsible for operating and monitoring electronic security systems, providing customer service and support, with emphasis on responsibility and communication. Focus on responsibility, attention, and effective communication **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate and monitor **electronic gatehouse systems**, **security cameras (CCTV)**, **alarms**, and **vehicle tracking systems** in real time; * Provide **customer service** across all segments (remote gatehouse, alarms, and vehicle tracking), offering support, clarifying doubts, and following established protocols; * Record and report suspicious events or anomalies; * Contact customers, operational teams, or authorities as required; * Operate integrated monitoring platforms and prepare daily reports. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Strong communication skills, active listening, and responsiveness in customer service; * Attentive, responsible profile with a focus on security; * Experience in monitoring or customer service is a plus. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Training in Remote Gatehouse Operations or Electronic Monitoring; * Experience in call centers or customer service centers. **Exclusively for PCD** Employment type: Full-time/CLT Salary: R$1.927,23 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you have a medical report confirming your status as a Person with Disability (PCD)?
