Job Summary: Professional responsible for real-time monitoring of surveillance systems, incident analysis, and implementation of preventive security measures. Key Highlights: 1. Act to immediately resolve security issues We are seeking a professional for Virtual Security Monitoring. The employee will be responsible for real-time monitoring of surveillance systems, incident analysis, and execution of preventive measures to ensure the safety of facilities and people. Main Responsibilities: Monitor security cameras, alarms, and electronic surveillance systems in real time; Identify and record suspicious or abnormal incidents and report them to the responsible person or local security team; Control virtual access and validate entry/exit permissions for restricted areas; Prepare detailed reports on monitored events and identified incidents; Act to immediately resolve security issues, such as triggered alarms, intrusions, or monitoring system failures; Ensure continuous operation of monitoring equipment by reporting technical issues to the support team; Strictly adhere to company-established security protocols. Requirements: Completed high school; Previous experience with camera or security system monitoring (preferred); Basic knowledge of computer systems and CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) systems; Attention to detail, quick decision-making ability, and capacity to work under pressure; Availability to work rotating shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays.
