Job Summary: This position is responsible for the maintenance and fabrication of tooling and fixtures, analyzing drawings to propose improvements and adaptations in collaboration with Engineering. Initially named Auerbach \& Werner, it was formed from the surnames of its German-origin owners: engineer Paul Werner and blacksmith Ernst Auerbach. The company expanded and incorporated steel into its production line, changing its name to Electro Aço Altona in 1933\. Thus emerged Santa Catarina's first steel foundry and one of Brazil's earliest.
