Job Summary: Mid-level Accountant responsible for client support, review of financial information, accounting tasks, tax calculations, submission of ancillary obligations, as well as file organization and meeting participation. Key Highlights: 1. Provides assistance and reviews clients' accounting information 2. Performs journal entries, tax settlements, and submission of ancillary obligations 3. Organizes accounting files and participates in strategic meetings Accounting firm seeks a Mid-Level Accountant in Itatiba. **Responsibilities:** Provide client support regarding accounting inquiries. Review accounting information provided by clients to ensure record consistency. Perform accounting tasks including journal entries, tax settlements, and payments according to documentation. Calculate direct taxes in accordance with current legislation. Submit monthly and annual ancillary obligations such as DCTF, ECD, ECF, among others. Organize accounting files—both physical and digital—maintaining proper documentation order. Participate in internal and external meetings with clients and partners to align requirements. Previous experience as Mid-Level Financial Analyst, Mid-Level Cost Analyst, Mid-Level Controller Analyst, or Mid-Level Reconciliation Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
