Care for equipment and workplace organization Assist in performing steering alignment according to manufacturer standards Support positioning the vehicle on alignment equipment Perform pre-alignment inspection of suspension, steering, and tires Adjust angles (camber, caster, and toe) under mechanic’s guidance Operate alignment equipment according to received training Assist in wheel balancing when required Record performed services in the dealership’s system Maintain equipment, tools, and bay organization Comply with safety regulations and PPE usage requirements Ensure customer vehicle preservation during service **Requirements:** Completed high school education Basic automotive mechanics or related field course preferred Interest in or basic knowledge of vehicle alignment and geometry Willingness to learn and adhere to manufacturer standards Attention to detail, organization, and care for customers’ vehicles Ability to work effectively in a team Commitment to safety regulations and proper use of PPE Driver’s license category B (preferred) Previous workshop experience is a plus but not mandatory
