See if this opportunity sounds like your dream job—we can’t wait to find out if it’s you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Select and properly use the manual tools required for the position; Read and properly use measuring instruments such as: scale, tape measure, caliper, pressure gauge, blade gauge, tachometer, and multimeter; Perform adjustment, repair, calibration, disassembly, and assembly of parts and components; Carry out oil, filter, and lubrication changes for vehicles and equipment; Maintain brake systems, including replacement of brake linings and shoes, brake cylinders, brake drums, and brake system calibration; Perform necessary cleaning for mechanical maintenance services. Maintain vehicle and equipment steering systems by properly removing and installing components such as: steering rods and steering rod ends; Maintain hydraulic systems—identify malfunctions, disassemble and reassemble components, replace seals and hoses, and regulate pressures; Remove and install components such as: hoses, hydraulic cylinders, valves, pumps, and motors; Maintain diesel and gasoline engines—including oil, filter, coolant fluid replacement, and leak repairs; Detect, diagnose, and correct abnormal operating conditions in vehicles and equipment; Record performed maintenance activities in respective Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Orders; Operate equipment such as presses, saws, bench drills, poli-cutters, bench grinders, and sanders—when qualified; Maintain pneumatic systems of vehicles and equipment; Maintain suspension systems of vehicles and equipment—including removal and installation of components such as: springs, shock absorbers, bump stops, bushings, and dampers; Maintain rolling and sliding bearings. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education Two years’ experience in Fleet Maintenance, preferably in engineering or transportation companies; Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B).
