These competencies are developed through interaction with colleagues, meeting deadlines, and performing assigned tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Age between 18 and 22 years; * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and willingness to learn. Regarding **physical requirements**, broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal standing posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, and walking throughout the operational area are required. Regarding **sensory requirements**, visual acuity is required for moving baggage from the conveyor belt to transport equipment, pavement operations, aircraft loading and unloading of luggage and cargo, flight-related signaling, floor inspection and scanning for dropped objects, and auditory perception for identifying audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac. Regarding **neuropsychic requirements**, attention, concentration, organizational ability, data interpretation, and initiative for resolving causal situations are required.
