At YIS, you can be sure that your development is on the agenda from day one and that, regardless of your background, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed. **Position Description | Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- Monitor all storage and dispatch activities in warehouses; Monitor the performance of equipment used in operations; Guide, supervise, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures by contractors; Oversee contracted product handling companies, ensuring headcount control and compliance with equipment SLAs; Support the team in releasing and returning equipment for maintenance, including issuing Work Permits (WP); Actively participate in the company’s continuous improvement programs; Meet established HES (Health, Environment, and Safety) and continuous improvement targets for the department; Ensure receiving and dispatch logistics to prevent impacts on production plants and customer service; Support the Material Handling Operator II, ensuring operational continuity in the department; Perform and monitor activities according to established operating procedures and work instructions, ensuring compliance with the Integrated Management System Policy and current Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety programs in the organization. **Profile | Education and Skills** -------------------------------------- Collaborative mindset, initiative, curiosity, ownership mentality, and respect for diversity.
