**About the role:** In this Market Developer (Marketing Developer) position, you will be responsible for serving the Lucas do Rio Verde/MT region, with headquarters located in Lucas do Rio Verde itself or nearby cities (Nova Mutum/MT, Sorriso/MT).
**Key responsibilities:**
* Strategically engage with regional influencers, consultants, and RTCs, including training and technical support.
* Execute regional activities such as demonstration plots, product launch events, and large field days.
* Develop and adapt the regional technical positioning of the FMC portfolio, including competitive comparisons.
* Plan and execute pre-launch activities for NPIs and research protocols in partnership with the R\&D team.
* Deliver technical training to internal teams and customers at events, technical tours, and trade shows.
* Actively participate in defining regional Tactical Plan priorities and technical content presented in the field.
* Serve as the technical reference for Technical Assistants (TAs) and oversee RET3\ research projects.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy.
* Complementary courses in agronomy.
* Master’s degree in Marketing or Crop Protection or Plant Protection is desirable.
* Experience with soybean, corn, and cotton crops.
* Intermediate English proficiency (desirable).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) – intermediate level.
