A professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance in common areas of residential condominiums, ensuring functionality, safety, and preservation.

The Residential Condominium Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance services in the condominium’s common areas, ensuring proper operation of facilities, equipment, and building systems, while also contributing to safety, preservation, and organization of the environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and masonry repairs;
* Carry out preventive maintenance on pumps, gates, lighting, and equipment;
* Replace light bulbs, outlets, faucets, and locks;
* Supervise third-party service providers;
* Inspect common areas to identify maintenance needs;
* Assist in maintaining gardens, swimming pools, and leisure areas when required;
* Manage maintenance materials and tools;
* Respond to maintenance-related requests from the building superintendent and management company.
Compensation: R$1\.818,18 per month
