In-person and remote customer support, with technical guidance to customers **Description:** The Technician will be responsible for configuring, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic security systems, ensuring proper and continuous operation of equipment installed at customer sites. The role emphasizes efficient resolution of technical issues and delivery of safe, high-quality service. Shift schedule: 12x36 \- 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM\. **Main Responsibilities:** Shift schedule: 12x36 \- 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM\. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cameras, alarms, sensors, electric fences, electronic gateways, and other electronic security equipment; * Diagnose and resolve technical and operational failures in systems; * Conduct necessary tests and adjustments to ensure full equipment functionality; * Prepare technical service and maintenance reports; * Provide in-person and remote customer support; * Offer technical guidance to customers on correct usage of security systems. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical training in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, or related fields preferred); * Experience with electronic security systems (CCTV, alarms, sensors, electric fences, electronic gateways, etc.); * Knowledge of networking and IP configuration; * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals; * Driver's license category A/B (mandatory); * Availability for external service calls; * Proactive, organized profile with strong problem-solving focus; * Good communication skills and professional demeanor for customer interaction.
