Job Summary: We are hiring a concierge to work in a residential condominium, performing building maintenance, providing technical support to the property manager, and leading teams. Key Highlights: 1. Perform minor hydraulic, electrical, masonry, and painting repairs. 2. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance in the condominium's common areas. 3.
