Responsibilities and duties Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance team activities, ensuring proper operation of industrial equipment and facilities; Plan and monitor the execution of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance; Control maintenance performance indicators and propose continuous improvements in processes; Provide technical support to the team during complex interventions and ensure compliance with safety regulations; Manage work orders, schedules and maintenance records in the system; Guarantee availability and reliability of critical production process equipment; Participate in failure analyses and contribute to action plans to reduce downtime and maintenance costs; Promote technical training and team development.
