Job Summary: Technical professional to supervise maintenance teams, ensure operational execution, conduct inspections, and provide technical support for building infrastructure and Data Center systems. Key Highlights: 1. Support testing of critical Data Center equipment and systems. 2. Ensure execution of operational routines and safety standards. 3. Conduct inspections of electrical systems, HVAC, and automation. * Supervise and guide maintenance teams in daily activities (corrective, preventive, and predictive). * Ensure operational routines are executed in accordance with procedures and safety standards. * Perform periodic inspections of electrical systems, HVAC, automation, and building infrastructure. * Support testing of critical Data Center equipment and systems. * Control and record work orders in the maintenance management system. * Provide immediate technical support for incidents, aiming for rapid resolution. * Assist the coordinator in preparing reports and monitoring KPIs Minimum Education: Technical Course
