




Description: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields. Desirable Postgraduate degree in reliability. * Plan, organize and control programs related to your area of responsibility, guiding their execution and evaluating results achieved, to ensure better equipment performance. * Assist in defining departmental policies, continuously aligning them with company needs and promoting their dissemination and implementation within the Division. * Interact with other areas of the unit, providing data and exchanging technical information to ensure equipment reliability. * Conduct systematic evaluations of the department's results to detect failures and determine necessary modifications, ensuring process optimization and consequent cost reduction. * Keep management informed about department activities by preparing reports, statistics, or through meetings to obtain overall assessment of achieved results. * Ensure appropriate maintenance levels by implementing improvements and developing internal monitoring methods through controls and departmental statistical data, aiming for better results and lower costs. * Coordinate and evaluate factory failures, identifying potential chronic problems and developing action plans for correction. * Ensure correct completion and management of occurrence reports in the system. * Be responsible for managing technical documentation of the area, updating controls, maintaining organized files and materials available for consultation. * Ensure that all equipment in the production area are properly identified on-site and registered in the maintenance system with their criticality level defined. * Coordinate department activities, supporting industrial maintenance management with regard to reliability processes based on corporate guidelines. · Ensure that maintenance strategies (plans and frequencies) are registered and updated in the maintenance system. · Support the implementation of Maintenance Routine Management. * Support maintenance departments in managing directives and deployment of goals. * Manage and conduct training and capacity-building programs for the maintenance department to develop the team and contribute to improved process quality. * Manage and keep updated the 52-Week Maintenance Schedule for equipment. * Monitor maintenance services provided by contracted companies to ensure activities are performed according to defined quality requirements and standards. * Prepare operational reports and performance indicators for systems and equipment. * Manage department indicators and promote improvement actions based on results. * Be responsible for cost management to meet budget targets. * Prepare and analyze department budgets, reviewing entries, adjustments and justifications, contributing to ensure activities remain within established financial limits. * Support internal and external audits related to maintenance, quality, environment and safety systems by providing necessary information to audit teams and correcting any non-conformities. * Critically analyze incidents together with management, CIPA and Occupational Safety, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. * Ensure personal safety, third-party safety and equipment safety, as well as promote conservation, organization and cleanliness of work areas. * Be responsible for organization and cleanliness of own work area according to previously established standards. * Perform other duties related to the area of responsibility whenever requested by immediate supervisor, with the objective of professional development and career growth, under supervision and guidance during execution. 2510200202521190693
