About the Role: Alcoa is seeking a Maintenance Planning and Control professional to join our team at the Juruti/PA Unit. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning all steps and resources required for electrical maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, quality, cost, and schedule standards. Additionally, you will define and monitor the Operational Center's scheduling, ensuring alignment with established demands and deadlines. The main responsibilities of the role include:* Conduct technical "gemba" visits to observe the site conditions for maintenance, anticipate risks and possible interferences, identifying needs for carrying out activities; * Plan work orders, detailing tasks, required personnel, estimated time, and resources (materials and tools); * Participate in developing scopes for contracting services related to planned activities; * Attend weekly scheduling meetings and support the leveling of the five\-week schedule; * Manage KPIs related to area planning and maintain effective backlog control, ensuring planning productivity and efficiency; * Ensure all activities strictly follow Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) procedures, promoting a safe work environment. What You Can Offer for the Role:* Education: Technical degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Electro\-technical fields; * Experience in Maintenance Planning and Control (MPC); * Knowledge of Oracle eAM system and Office Suite (intermediate level); * MS Project knowledge is desirable; * Experience in execution and/or planning of electrical or electromechanical maintenance will be considered a plus; * Availability to reside in Juruti\-PA (remote location); * Work mode: on\-site.
