Job Summary: The Maintenance Operator will be responsible for performing operational activities in the CNG compression and decompression process, CNG vehicle refueling, compressor and PLC operation, and system monitoring, strictly adhering to rigorous safety procedures. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment The Maintenance Operator will be responsible for performing general branch-based operational activities, including compression and decompression of cylinder trailers, CNG vehicle refueling for trucks, hose connection and disconnection, line purging, valve opening and closing, correct operation of compressors and the PLC automation system, temperature and pressure monitoring, filling out process data sheets, and reporting real-time updates to the Control Tower. The professional must strictly follow safety procedures, wear appropriate PPE, and ensure compliance of all operations with established internal standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Perform operational activities at the branch, including CNG compression and decompression of cylinder trailers. · Conduct CNG vehicle refueling for trucks, ensuring proper hose connection and disconnection. · Perform line and compressor purging according to procedure and training. · Open and close valves in a controlled and safe manner per procedure. · Operate compressors and the PLC automation system, ensuring proper equipment functionality. · Monitor system temperature and pressure, identifying and reporting any anomalies. · Complete operational data sheets, ensuring accurate recording of process information. · Report real-time operational progress to the Control Tower, ensuring alignment and rapid response to potential incidents. · Strictly adhere to operational and safety procedures, using mandatory PPE and ensuring compliance with company regulations. · Support preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, contributing to smooth operational performance. · Identify and report operational deviations or the need for process adjustments. **REQUIREMENTS** · Completed high school education (technical training in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Automation, or related fields is an advantage). · Prior experience in industrial operations, preferably in the natural gas, oil, fuels, or energy sectors. · Knowledge of natural gas compressor operation and automation systems (PLC). · Basic understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment. · Knowledge of occupational safety and regulatory standards (NRs).
