Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, resolving issues, and optimizing the injection process. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of injection molding machines. 2. Diagnosis and resolution of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. 3. Participation in continuous improvement projects and new technologies. **Description:** ---------------- Perform periodic inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and replacement of parts and components to prevent failures and ensure proper machine operation. Identify and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on machines using measurement tools and equipment. Perform adjustments and calibrations on machine components to optimize the injection process and ensure final product quality. Assemble and disassemble components and equipment as required for maintenance or repair. Testing and Evaluation: Conduct performance tests and evaluate final product quality after maintenance. Prepare maintenance reports, record information about performed activities, and monitor performance indicators. Participate in continuous improvement projects and implementation of new technologies. Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is used. **Requirements:** ----------------- Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams. Experience in maintenance of injection molding machines. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving problems. Knowledge of measuring instruments. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Availability to work different shifts. Schedule: First shift from 5:45 AM to 2:00 PM, rotating 6x2 schedule Location: Piraporinha, Diadema \- SP
