Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines to optimize the process and ensure final product quality and compliance with safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of injection molding machines: mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic. 2. Troubleshooting and problem resolution. 3. Participation in continuous improvement projects. **Description:** ---------------- Conduct periodic inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and replacement of parts and components to prevent failures and ensure proper machine operation. Identify and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in machines using measurement tools and equipment. Perform adjustments and calibrations on machine components to optimize the injection process and ensure final product quality. Assemble and disassemble components and equipment as required for maintenance or repair. Testing and evaluation: Conduct performance tests and evaluate final product quality after maintenance. Prepare maintenance reports, record information about performed activities, and monitor performance indicators. Participate in continuous improvement projects and implementation of new technologies. Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). **Requirements:** ----------------- Skills and knowledge: Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams. Experience in maintenance of injection molding machines. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem resolution. Knowledge of measurement instruments. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Availability to work rotating shifts. Schedule: Second shift from 13:45 \- 22:00, 6x2 rotation Location: Piraporinha, Diadema \- SP
