Key Responsibilities: * Manage maintenance of industrial equipment and facilities; * Prepare and ensure execution of operating and investment maintenance budgets through budgetary management of expenditures, aiming for maximum return; * Continuously pursue development and improvement of maintenance performance, staying updated on industrial technologies to enhance processes; * Manage and participate in developing maintenance plans and projects, as well as plant shutdown plans; * Ensure adherence to scheduling and planning, and when necessary, negotiate adjustments to optimize results; * Conduct training on maintenance and occupational safety and health (OSH) procedures within your department, and contribute to maintaining environmental quality standards in your area of responsibility; * Manage and oversee contracts and maintenance services; * Manage KPIs for your department to support achievement of targets; * Manage physical assets/property under your responsibility and support other departments to ensure company-established goals are met; * Provide solutions for unexpected situations, guiding your team on deviations from routine; * Ensure the unit's Quality Control complies with required product control procedures; * Perform duties in accordance with company policies, as well as safety, health, hygiene, and occupational safety regulations; * Carry out other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the corporate environment; **To apply, you must have:** **Mandatory:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management or Maintenance; * Extensive experience in maintenance of industrial plants; * Knowledge of asset management; * Knowledge and experience in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PPM); * Familiarity with technical and regulatory standards; * Knowledge of power generation processes using large-scale engines. **Desirable:** * Familiarity with Wartsila engines (W20V32); * Intermediate English proficiency and strong technical English comprehension; Work Location: Miranda do Norte - MA Learn more about us at: www.eneva.com.br.
