Shopping center seeks a Maintenance Coordinator professional in Fortaleza. **Responsibilities:** Manage the resident maintenance team to ensure compliance with standards and continuous improvement of installation quality. Analyze projects for new operations or renovations of existing ones, supervising construction progress to ensure approved projects are implemented (always evaluated based on engineering best practices). Serve as the interface between the client (tenant) and technical departments (contractors or regulatory bodies) to facilitate understanding of requests and highlight their relevance to maintaining a qualified and safe environment, which is the administrator's top priority. Conduct daily inspections of common and specific areas to guarantee safety, aesthetics, and environmental quality, providing full support to rectify identified issues. Understand field demands regarding material requests and prepare necessary budgets to ensure a minimum stock of materials for preventive and potential corrective needs. Research new technologies and methods that can enhance installations, focusing on cost reduction, increased sustainability, safety, and quality. Previous experience as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Leader, or Maintenance Management Specialist may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
